1 Week and 3 days

Now I'm a bit into my second week, I hope it went as well for you as it did for me, and you're also happy with the first week. When I'm out on my walks, I feel a change in my body, my steps feel more energetic and the pace also feels more comfortable. Today I did a test, I went away from my usual first meal which contains cottage cheese and frozen berries. Thought I'd try another variant. I ate yogurt instead, but what do you think happened? Well, I got hungry much faster! So my advice to you, be careful with the first goal of the day. And I also really craved something sweet in the afternoon, so I took a small lollipop. But then it had to be good, pulled down a turn to the gym after work and did a session. Then there was a good hot meal in the evening with pork fillet, chicken fillet and some pasta tubes, and vegetables. Rested a bit on the food and took an evening walk of 45 minutes. drive hard and listen to your body and we will drive towards new goals. 9752 steps today.
