Today has been a good day again, it started with me waking up about 10 minutes before the clock rang. (Good start). Took a large mug of black coffee and two dl of water. Took my first meal at 12.00 but forgot to take apple cider vinegar before, so it had to be after my meal, which today consisted of 250g quark, two eggs and a glass of water. In the afternoon I took a pear at half past three. Snack of a 150g quark and some pizza salad. The dinner consisted of 236g pork tenderloin, fresh potatoes and vegetables. Summarizing the day, it has been good. I walked 10515 steps. I will only weigh myself and measure myself once a week. I will increase my snacks with a little more products, probably need to get in at least 250 more calories during the day. And remember friends, all exercise is good exercise. (The stock lifter) :-) Kickstart Team Comment: We have recommended Kenth to be on 1700-1800 calories per day at the start. He burns approximately 1900-2000 calories at rest. If we add the walks of approx. 10,000 steps (approx. 3-400 calories) and the strength training of 200-300 calories per session, we are at a deficit of up to 700 calories per day (7000 calories = 1 kg). It will be a fairly slow start.
