Went up and put on some coffee, drank two large glasses of water as usual. Then it was time for the morning walk, it was a solid and pleasant round with some sun and clouds. Ate the first meal at 12.30 which today consisted of 250g quark, 1 boiled egg and 1 toasted sandwich of unsweetened sourdough. Satisfied and satisfied, I took the day and did some stuff, then at 5 pm it was a protein drink before the gym for a session of 45 minutes. ended today's eating window with a good pick salad, a total of approx. 450g based on chicken and ham. The first week with 8/16 feels very good, the fun part of this is that you learn something new all the time, it's important to listen to your body so you can feel how it feels. I think the best thing is that it really didn't feel hard at all. Sure, I've been a little hungry the first few days, but not a disaster. Feels like it's getting better and better.
