We told you we would follow one of our participants on their Kickstart Online journey. You will be able to follow his progress on our social media accounts and facebook. For the next 3 months he will stick to an 8 hour feeding window. We start tomorrow but before that we wanted to do a quick interview so you can get to know him a little better. Name: Kent Sigfridsson Starting weight: 102 kg Kickstart: When did your weight become a problem? Kent: Probably around 3 years ago after I had problems with a shoulder, weight-wise it was when I passed 90 kilos. Kickstart: How is your current weight affecting your life right now? Kent: Being too heavy hinders my training and exercise. Kickstart: What methods have you tried in the past to lose weight and why do you think they didn't work? Kent: Have tried, among other things, your previous Kickstarta that you did together Modifast, I lost many kilos but unfortunately I went back to the same weight, quickly down and quickly up again, my routines in life did not change during my weight loss, I think so brought me back to the same weight as when I started. Kickstart: How much weight do you hope to lose now? Kent: The wish is 5 kilos in the first month, a goal that is within my capacity, I don't want to raise the bar too much. Kickstart: What is your biggest challenge: Food, exercise, temptation? Kent: The evenings in front of the TV, will try to change my everyday routines. Kickstarta: What do you expect to get out of Bodyweight Diet more than weight loss? Kent: An increased "feel good" feeling, along with losing weight, I think I sleep better.
