HIIT - 20 MINUTE STRENGTH FOR THE WHOLE BODY


Easy way to create your own HIIT workout. Few forms of exercise are as effective as high-intensity interval training or HIIT when it comes to achieving the greatest possible results in the shortest possible time. "HIIT is simply about switching between maximum intensity and rest. In addition, you get a nice burning effect afterwards (it still takes some to succeed in getting your heart rate and breathing down to normal after hard training) and it can help you burn more. 6 to 15 percent of the calories you consumed during the workout for up to 24 hours after you have finished exercising. ONE MINUTE PER EXERCISE You start the exercises every full minute, run the repetitions that stand and after that rest. Example: Minute 1: 15 leg bend, it takes about 30 seconds - the rest of minute 1 you rest. Then minute 2: 12 push-ups… o s v. YOU CAN CREATE PASSES YOURSELF This workout has an exercise for the lower body, one for the upper body, a core exercise and an intense full body exercise. You can, of course, create your workouts yourself, but try to think the same way so your whole body gets itss. Start by deciding how long your workout should be (for example, 20 minutes). Then choose how many repetitions to do from each exercise. You can choose different number of repetitions for different exercises (Recommended 8-15 repetitions) or you choose the same number of repetitions for all exercises (maybe 10). Repeat the sequence until the specified time ends. Below you see how we have set up this passport. 20-minute strength for the whole body! Minute 1: Exercise 1: Squats, Number of repetitions: 15 pcs Minute 2: Exercise 2: Push-ups, Number of repetitions: 12 pcs Minute 3: Exercise 3: Sit Ups, Number of repetitions: 10 pcs Minute 4: Exercise 4: Burpees, Number of repetitions: 8 pcs Minute 5: Exercise 1: Squats, Number of repetitions: 15 pcs Minute 6: Exercise 2: Push-ups, Number of repetitions: 12 pcs… Up to 20 minutes.
