IT´S SO COMFORTABLE


Eating a homemade meal that is cooked from scratch is great, but it takes a lot of time. That's part of the reason why fast food is so convenient and so popular. But there is nothing that beats the convenience of intermittent fasting.


Fasting saves time because you do not have to buy food, prepare, cook and wash dishes. It's a great way to simplify your life. Skip breakfast in the morning, which saves 30-40 minutes every day. If you skip lunch, you save another 30-60 minutes. It quickly takes a lot of time. Where many diets complicate your life (you may eat this, but not that, and only a little of the other), fasting simplifies it.


But there are even more benefits to intermittent fasting. It is also completely flexible. You can decide to fast more this week and less next week. If you are going on holiday and want to pamper yourself a little, it is entirely up to you. You can start or stop fasting at any time. You can fast for 16 hours or 16 days.
