Kenth's first day!

Kenth starts today his first day in Bodyweight diet - Training in combination with Intermittent Fasting 16/8 which he will run for 3 months. Kenth's starting weight was today 102.2 kilos with a waist measurement of 113 cm. When I see his picture of his meal, I understand that he has a point. His eating window is 8 hours. During that time, he eats two meals with a snack. The training that Kenth will do is a combination of gym training and Bodyweight training with our bands. He will also go every day. We have set a level of 8-10,000 steps the first 2 weeks. We then follow the results and see how much we have to increase cardio training to have a smooth and steady weight loss. Here you follow Kenth's own words: Day 1. Weight 102.2. Waist: 113 cm. Started in the morning at 10.00 with a large glass of water, after that a large cup of coffee. The first goal was at 12:40. 150 g quark with 2 boiled eggs. 17.00 a protein drink before training as I felt a little empty in the stomach.. Ended the day with chicken breast with rice and salad. Steps: 4532, Training: Gym 50 min barbell training according to Kickstarta's 4 day training program.
