Porridge with berries

This creamy porridge is topped with thawed frozen fruit and roasted almond flakes for extra protein. This recipe is for two servings.
Ingredients
80g oatmeal
200 ml oat milk
150 g of frozen mixed berries, such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
15 g roasted almond flakes
150 g fat-free natural seed coat
(I usually take a scoop of whey protein in my porridge for extra protein)
Step 1
Put the oats in a saucepan with the milk and 300 ml of water. Cook on low-medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly until creamy.
Step 2
Pour into two deep bowls and top with the mixed berries. Pour the almonds over and serve with fromage frais.
With extra protein in the porridge, I think it is a perfect dish to break the fast with and eat as a first meal.
