WHAT IS POWER WALKING? Power Walking simply means walking a little faster than normal, but which is an exercise technique that emphasizes speed and arm movements as a way to increase the health benefits. Just because "walking" is in the name does not mean that it is less effective than a jogging trip. That said, there is a lot of hip movement involved in Power Walking, and that means that you directly work with your waist. Arm movements are also very important, which gives you extra training bonus points. There are a number of reasons why Power Walking may be the right workout for you. But above all, you can perform the training basically anywhere and anytime. You also do not need a large equipment for you to be able to walk, a pair of good shoes and you are ready to go! Regular Power Walking is good for your overall health and something that everyone should do!
