SHOULD YOU DRINK ENERGY DRINKS WHEN YOU ARE ON A DIET?

You can drink energy drinks, but only if the drink is energy-free.


Energy-free means light drinks that are sugar-free. What you should look for is that the active ingredient is caffeine or green tea. It will help you increase your metabolism slightly. But I recommend using energy drinks in moderation.


Most energy drinks contain as much caffeine as a small cup of coffee. Personally, I prefer to have a cup of coffee instead.


If you choose to take a BCAA drink, it is recommended to combine it with some form of protein. From meal or protein drink.
