THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS


Scientifically, motivation is divided into two categories, external and internal motivation. External motivation can be, for example, how much weight you hope to lose or what body image you aim to gain. Internal motivation, on the other hand, means being motivated by yourself from within. When it comes to losing weight, an internal motivation can only enjoy the process.


External motives are often the reason why we start something. To achieve long-term goals, however, the main motivation should come from within you. This makes it easier for you to stay motivated even during difficult periods.


Be aware that especially in the beginning, there will be times when you want to give up or actually give up. This should not stop you from trying again.


You will notice changes very quickly. Your appearance will change, you will sleep better and feel healthier. Share your experiences and changes with others.
