Hello Here you work on training and keep a good eye on what I eat and should not eat, but start to get a good routine with food intake. I make little notes for myself as I usually do, little notes that make everyday life a little easier. It's still nice and warm outside, so it makes the walks a lot easier. The important thing is to find good solutions for everyday life, for escapes from not doing what I have to do to lose weight, there are plenty of... I do my steps during the week and on the weekends. In my diet, I start the first meal of the day with quark, which still tastes great! I got today's tip from a friend. If you feel a sweet tooth in the evening, brush your teeth, the sweets won't taste as good!
