Hello and good morning friends! I've had a week now that has been a bit tough, a bit snotty and tired in the body, and the weather hasn't been at its best. Now I sound a bit bitter 😊 but I've been doing my walks every day, but the gym has had to wait as I haven't been at my best, prioritized walking slowly and quietly. When the weather is at its greyest, I usually think that the sun rests a little behind the clouds because it shines anyway and warms us on mother earth. I felt more energetic on Saturday, so I stepped on a little extra and took a walk of 31,000 steps, which felt good, on Sunday morning the legs were a little tender, but what a ball at the castle! So this week the Bodyweight bands will come out again now that they have had a week's rest. Now for this week's weigh-in. The scales showed 91.8 kilos, which I am super happy with, this means that I lost more than 10% of my body weight! The measuring tape showed 103 cm, very happy there too. This feels so good Thanks to Bodyweight Diet program
