Day number 6

Follow Kenth's weight journey. Got up at half past ten and made coffee, drank two glasses of water before the coffee. Went out for a long walk in the morning, enjoyed the nice weather, felt a little hungry at first but it went away when I got out for the walk. At 13.00 it was my first meal, I had then fasted for 18 hours which felt good. Drove down to the gym and did Bodyweight's leg workout, burned nicely in the thighs. Home and took a protein drink, needed to replenish the body I felt. Cooked dinner at 5pm, it was chicken fillet and oven-roasted vegetables. Today I ate a few pieces of candy and a handful of chips. Total number of steps today was 14393. I feel a little satisfied that I arranged for my first Friday evening in my new role to have a "allow me to eat some goodies day/week" and wanted it today. Kickstarter's comment During this 3-month period, we have an "eating day" in Kenth's program. He gets to choose the day himself. But on that day we want him to run his 8 hour eating window as usual, but he can treat himself to something extra. If you run our program for a month, we do not encourage you to do so. A piece of advice, if you start to feel hungry, drink water. It definitely curbs your hunger.
