At Monday's weigh-in, the scales showed 94.2 kilos. The measuring tape showed 105 cm in waist measurement. It is shrinking slowly but surely, this feels really good. Then we run on the last day of this month and our first month also ends, I think it went well and feel like we've come a long way. I feel more energetic, I usually wake up a little before the clock during the weeks, and think that I feel more energetic in my body overall. The routines then? Well, I work with my new routines every day and get one step further all the time, thinking that it will become everyday after time. Notice that I am becoming more and more aware of what I eat and cook. I've had to start challenging myself a little more in training now, when the weight on the body decreases, I have to increase the exchange rate with my training bands so it gets a little heavier all the time. This week's tip "thoughtful" Take in the feeling that you are really good and that you give yourself "credit" for your work, because even in a week where the scales may not have given much, you have still done a good job. Now we keep on fighting my friends!
