At the beginning of this week, I changed my schedule a bit, I focused more on my walks and set the goal of at least 10,000 steps per day. It feels good and I have also tried splitting my walks into two occasions. It is important to get the walks done instead of opting them out. Today I tried stretching my fasting window to 20 hours, it felt good in my body. I recommend you try stretching a little, you have to try and see what happens. The health effects become even greater at 20/4. In terms of food, I think quark and eggs are a good start for me as a first meal, run a little natural quark with a little honey, really good. Kenth's food tips: When I've eaten my last meal in the evening, I sometimes have a sweet tooth, some days really, but try to push it away and break it up with something fun, after about 30 minutes it disappears, then you're satisfied.
