We've now completed Bodyweight Diet new 12-week program combining training and diet. Download the program below and check out all the news.

The difference is that we provide you with recipes for all meals throughout the entire 12-week program. Many have felt that recipes were missing, and we've listened and created the new program. Everything is still based on intermittent fasting, meaning you still eat for 8 hours and rest your stomach for 16 hours. Superior for both weight loss and, above all, your health.

Feel free to download all the information about the new program. The 12-week training and diet program costs 998 SEK. You can also purchase it in combination with workout equipment, then it costs 1795 SEK, saving you 400 SEK. You also get a 30% discount in the shop.
