My new lowest weight!

The weeks go by fast now, another week has passed. I've been training well this week, doing some of my own exercises with my Bodyweight bands, letting my imagination run wild with some of my own variations of exercises, it's important for me that you do it so it's fun and enjoyable. Giving yourself some challenges along the way is an exciting part of this journey. Likewise, finding good solutions to the diet, perhaps switching to something new and experimenting a bit. Something that means a lot to me is the weekend's lovely walks, being outside and just walking and walking without having a goal or limit, challenging yourself a little by increasing the pace up a hill. I think this concept of at least 16 hours of fasting is really, really good! I feel so good and get a lot of energy in my body, I think it's a wonderful experience. My weight yesterday was a new low, 90.6 kg, -11.5 kg! The measurement around the waist is down to 100.5 cm, -14 cm! After this week, I'm hoping for a double digit measurement! Towards new weights and new measurements! All good / Kenth
