My training goes well now!

Now another week has passed on my journey towards a healthier life. Last week has been okay, I ate my first goal at 1pm and the last goal 6.30-7pm so during the week I have had a bit longer than 16 hours of fasting which has been a challenge. I think it is important now to give myself some challenges so that I get some change during the journey. The training has gone well, I run with my bands 3-4 days a week approx. 60 min/session, as well as my walks of 10-15 thousand steps on weekdays and 20-30 thousand steps on weekends. It feels like I'm standing still a bit now in terms of weight, or maybe call it that my weight is starting to stabilize. Which I think is good too, so my body has time to get used to its new pattern. A tip from me when you're out walking, take an extra turn around some nice place in the middle of the walk, which gives you a few extra steps without it feeling like it's getting harder. Now have a good week and I will take in a little more this week and bite the will a little harder, do you agree? 😊 I am sending a picture from today's "treeing"/training, even a session with the chainsaw is training.
