Minus 14 kilo!

Now there is only one week left on my weight loss journey with Kickstarta. To date, I have lost 14 kilos in 11 weeks. So incredibly nice The program has worked perfectly. The only strange thing has been that it has not felt like I have "lost weight" as it has felt the previous times. Reducing the weight with intermittent fasting 16/8 combined with bodyweight training is truly the best thing I have ever done. Above all, it feels like it's permanent weight loss!

Last week has been good, I felt alert and slept well for the most part, but feel more and more happy when some days are just so wonderful. I mean when the body feels light and simply slim and resilient, these days I take an extra round in the forest. I continue with my training and diet, I feel my body is getting stronger. Feels like my "core", the middle pillar in the body, is much more stable now and can hold me up longer and better. I challenged myself to a long run here last Sunday, it was a good two mile walk, totaled it with 31,156 steps, felt good afterwards. Of course it was windy and a bit cold, but the sun and the goal were with me the whole time, I think it's important to challenge yourself sometimes, dare to push a little in your comfort zone.


This week's results:

Measurements waist: 98.4

Weight: 88.2

This means 14 kilos minus from the weigh-in, if you dare to hope to get below 88 kilos by next Monday, take it as a challenge!
