Week 2 Check!

So week 2 is done, hope you had a productive week. For me, it's been a pretty tough week, I've had to tighten up the hoop a lot, so a big thank you to my Bodyweightbands, these allow me to quickly and easily do a workout, even if time is tight on some days. I have started my eating windows between 12.00-13.00 by eating my first meal, then 250g of quark and usually 1 boiled egg, sometimes coarse bread with ham on top of the quark. But starting the day with coffee and about half a liter of water, I think this suits me well and gives a good start. In the evening, there is usually a meal of hot food and a small snack in between. As I mentioned at the beginning, it has been a bit tough on some days, but what the heck, then you have to bite the bullet and tighten the bow a bit more, everything is not a bed of roses. So then my Bodyweightbands are usually my best friends, usually rigging them in some tree or a hook I have set up outside. Because as long as the weather is nice, it's nice to exercise outside, then it's so nice to go out and walk. I have tried to run about 8,000 steps/day during the weeks and pushed a little more during the weekend with 20,000 steps/day. It hurts a little sometimes, but I think that's when it pays off 😊.
