WEIGHT LOSS IS MORE THAN DIET AND EXERCISE



I have talked a lot in several articles about periodic fasting and gone through different variations in fasting, I have also gone through how to train to achieve results. But at least as important are the points below. - You have to take care of rest and recovery. Sleep and time for reflection and meditation for your inner well-being. It will not matter how you change your exterior if your interior is not in harmony. - You must be good as you are right now, even if you are on your way to new goals. Life is here and now and far too short to have an attitude that only I can achieve this, or have this, I will be happy. Life is today! And today I make the best of what I have! - Live life. Try not to worry about everything, there is nothing good in it. Worrying is completely useless. Most of what you worry about will not happen and will be a worrying thing completely unnecessarily. Live life and take the problem when it arises, not in advance.

- Over thinking is not good. I have many times found myself regretting what I have done, what if I had done differently. Over thinking it leads nowhere, but learning from it and act differently next time leads to a better place. - Find security, harmony and find your place in life where you thrive. Finding security and harmony is perhaps the most difficult. You have to feel for what feels right for you, there is no one else who can tell you. - Stress less! Stress is the worst enemy of weight loss. The levels of the stress hormone cortisol rise when you stress, which counteracts fat burning and muscle building and lowers both the immune system and recovery. Short-term stress is usually not a danger, but long-term stress is never good. - Treat yourself to spend some time stimulating your creativity. (Music, painting, dancing, etc.). - Accept. Sad things happen to all of us, Accept and move on. Make the best of it. I'm not saying it's easy, but the attitude must be to choose joy, the alternative leads nowhere. - Do not surround yourself with people who take more energy than they give. Dare to get rid of relationships that do not add anything positive to your life. Life is far too short to let it be poisoned by people who do not want your best. - You must constantly strive to feel good to have the best opportunity to reach the weight you want and then keep it. Unfortunately, many people think that they will feel good only if they reach their dream weight, that is to start at the wrong end. Remember, live your life, it's only here and now!
