WHAT DOES KICKSTART ONLINE CONTAIN?

We say in our program, “Lose weight! Kickstart towards new healthy habits. Training and intermittent fasting 16: 8 in combination. There is nothing more efficient. A weight loss that lasts! ” but what does it really mean?
Many times when we get a new member we get the question after a while, when will the diet program come? When do I get the recipes I should eat according to? Which is completely understandable as we are so used to following commercial dieting methods based on special dishes of a certain brand, counting points, starving ourselves on powder diets and so on.
Kickstart is a different concept for weight loss, it is not based on you having to slavishly follow an exact program or that you have to go to a gym and hire a personal trainer for you to succeed.
Kickstart Online is based on two parts:
The training:
The training is performed with suspension straps and rubber bands or with only your body. You train according to ready-made programs that are delivered in our training app. The training is performed at home or wherever you want, indoors or outdoors. The training is simple and time efficient. The programs are about 20 minutes long. Everyone can train with the bands, regardless of whether you are a total beginner or an advanced bodybuilder. It does not matter if you are strong or weak when you start exercising, the weight is controlled by the angle you will have on the body. It is your own weight that is the weight you work with. So large angle = heavy, small angle = light. This is a workout that is simple and easy to follow. A workout that gets off!
The food:
In our program we work with intermittent fasting. Or as we often say, an 8-hour dining window. You eat 8 hours. And you do not eat 16 hours. Ex. You start eating at 12.00 and stop eating at 20.00. There you have our program! Then we give advice and some recipes on what we recommend you to eat. The program will work worse if you only eat junk food during your 8 hours. It is still important to try to eat healthy, but you do not have to count calories or slavishly follow a plan of how to eat. It is also the very success factor why we succeed. You eat basically as usual but ignore breakfast. Does that sound easy? It is easy! Best of all, the amazing thing that happens in your body during the 16 hours that you do not eat, research has found that intermittent fasting can improve your health in general. These include reduced mortality and better stress resistance. Better insulin sensitivity and growth hormone increase!
Why then do other diets fail in so many percent? I think the answer is simple, during your diet you are in a bubble where you do one thing for a few weeks or a month. You count calories, just eat powder, count points. But none of these diets prepare you for a normal life, after all you have to go back to a normal life slowly after your weight loss if you are not just going to eat powder for the rest of your life. This is where most people fail, then I mean 80-90%! We have worked with these methods ourselves and seen the results with our own eyes. But it took a while before I started to react, why do all these people who were with and lose weight come back again and again? The answer is that they have gone back to the weight they had before dieting or gone up even more. Unfortunately, in business it is called customer life. The more you come back and need to run a new "cure" so the more money you make. There is no financial interest in you succeeding more than with the temporary weight reduction. Should you get a permanent weight reduction, you are no longer a buying customer, and no money is made on you. So unfortunately, dieting today is BIG BUSINESS and is based on you coming back and needing the products again, again and again. If intermittent fasting is so amazing, why has it not hit much bigger than it has done? The answer is simple. As we said above, there is no product or profit interest in people succeeding with their weight loss permanently, there is no money to be made on it, so simple is the answer. We're trying to change that. Our goal is for you to succeed with your weight permanently. We want you not to come back to us and need help again.
