WHAT TO EAT AFTER THE TRAINING


It is important to eat after exercise when you are going to restore and repair your body.


And you have run cardio training, it is mainly carbohydrates that need to be replenished. When you want to lose weight, you have to be careful and replenish with carbohydrates from potatoes, rice, potatoes that are part of your usual main goals. You can also refill with bread, fruit or berries that are in your snacks.


After strength training, try to get up to 30 g of protein per meal. So try to focus on the protein-rich foods that are high in protein.

Products that are good sources of protein include the following products:

Protein powder 80% Whey

Cottage cheese / quark

Eggs / egg whites

Shrimp / Tuna

Beans

Lean cheese (10-17%)

Skimmed milk

Lean meat

Lean cold cuts

Fish

Tofu
