As long as you are on minus calories, ie less energy than the body gets rid of, the body strives to regain the weight it has lost.
This is natural for the body as one does not want to starve to death in the long run. For the body, it is about survival. The amazing ability of the body was a must for our ancestors to survive. But in today's society when a large part of all people overconsume it becomes a problem.
After your diet, your body needs less energy as it is lighter. This in turn means that you can not eat the same amounts as before. You will then 100% go back to your previous overweight. So you have to eat less! Easy to say but sometimes very difficult.
The truth is that you can never go back to your old life and you want a lasting result from your Kickstart. In your new life, healthy eating and exercising daily must be your new habits. So you will not be able to eat more calories than you ever consume. It belongs to your old life and it belongs to the past.
Tips to Avoid Pitfalls!
1. Do not have sweets, ice cream, coffee bread, soft drinks etc at home.
2. When you buy home sweets / coffee bread - just buy home what you need.
3. Plan what to eat. It provides better conditions for healthy meals. Here I think e-commerce is perfect as it forces me to plan and not make useless impulse purchases.
4. Be prepared for situations that you know you will have some time for. Then you can e.g. prepare the meal in advance, bring a lunch box or fruit to avoid unhealthy meals.
