10 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR MOTIVATION

It is important to stick to a training routine, but to cope with it, you can not listen to the little voice within you that says, I will do it tomorrow. It is important to motivate yourself and above all JUST DO IT! Do not think so much, just do. Some tips along the way: 1. Do not set too difficult goals Do not set too difficult goals, especially if you are new to training. Beginners often want quick goals but they tend to get overwhelmed. So do not start trying to train for an hour every day. Instead, set more reasonable, achievable goals, such as exercising for 20 to 30 minutes two or three times a week. 2. Document your progress Map out your workouts, whether you do it online or in an old-fashioned workout diary. Seeing improvements, whether you run faster, do more reps or train more often, makes you want to keep going. 3. Remove the bad conscience You will miss a day or two. You have to accept that there will be some failures on your training journey, you will be better prepared mentally to deal with adversity. Do not let a failure be an excuse to give up. 4. Focus only on yourself There will always be someone who is better, faster or has more muscle than you. Do not compare yourself with them. Your training time is for you and about you. 5. Get a support group Find people - friends, family, facebook group or colleagues - who will encourage you to stay on track. In our support group on Kickstarta (Facebook group), people help each other and encourage, not judge. They also share problems and solutions. 6. You must have fun If you can not be motivated, you may be doing the wrong activity. Or you used to like it, and now lost a little craving. Choose activities you like the most so they become something to look forward to. Remember that exercise really does not just have to be done in a gym.

7. Divide the training You may find long workouts difficult, split the workout instead. I myself often divide my training into different shorter sessions. Often puts cardio training separately in a short high-intensity workout and strength training separately. 8. Make it easy When you are busy, do not spend 30 minutes driving to a gym. Use training videos or training apps instead. Exercising at home, home exercise is absolutely as effective as exercising in the gym. If you are too tired to exercise at the end of the day, exercise in the morning. 9. Forget your story You may not have been the one who was always chosen in school in sports. That was years ago. Your goal now is not to win or join the football team. You want to exercise to stay healthy and enjoy your life. Ignore what has been, start again from today. Create what will be tomorrow! 10. Give yourself rewards Treat yourself to exercise. Reward yourself when you succeed in exercising every day when you have decided to exercise, or when you keep the eating window you have decided on. Choose rewards like a pair of new shoes, cinema, massage, travel, yes whatever you like. The Kickstart Team
