EXERCISE FIFTEEN MINUTES A DAY

Exercise fifteen minutes a day, will there be results then? Absolutely!

EFFICIENT TRAINING

More and more studies show that it is possible to get good training results by training short training sessions, if the short sessions have a high intensity. It is not possible to underestimate the value of high intensity when it comes to exercise, and especially if you do it fifteen minutes a day. Intensity is important whether it is cardio or strength training.

Once a person who trains has passed the beginner stage, a higher intensity is needed to achieve improvement in their training results. So you can not run 5 km at the same pace every time or lift the same weights at the same pace at the gym every time. To achieve results must increase intensity. So run faster and lift heavier.

FIFTEEN MINUTES A DAY

It is quite possible to get an effective workout that goes through all your muscle groups in a short time and also get a positive result. You can train fifteen minutes a day and get a good workout. It is important to get your heart rate up and train at a higher pace than usual. Do the exercises carefully but at a slightly higher pace, get your pants up and reduce your rest.

There is a method called 10-20-30 that you can easily try the next time you run, for example. You start easily for 30 seconds to increase the pace for the next 20 seconds and the last 10 seconds of the minute you run at maximum speed (ie as hard as you can run). And so you start all over again. You do the same procedure five times, then rest for two minutes and then run two to three more times.

If you train high-intensity, with a high heart rate and a little rest, fifteen minutes a day, this is all the training you need. The training should be hard, for you. That is, a workout, exercises in a combination and pace, which I push myself through and which are really challenging for my strength and my heart rate, - maybe a baggie for someone else. Getting results but still only training fifteen minutes a day is based on driving hard - high-intensity, for fifteen minutes every day. The more you train, the more you will both have the strength and time for that quarter.

FIFTEEN MINUTES A DAY FOR BEGINNERS

Even those who are untrained can see fast, visible results with intensive training fifteen minutes a day. You can lose several kilos and get a firmer body in a few weeks. You get a guaranteed better result if you also review your diet and use a diet where you limit your calorie intake, and review the intake of white flour and sugar.

If you are completely untrained, it is recommended that you consult a doctor before starting, if you can state that you are in good enough shape to start exercising, other than just walking. We believe that all training must be based on the level of the unique individual, which means that if a 15-minute walk is your maximum - then this is where you should start!

TIME

Time is limited for all of us, and none of us feel we have enough. But - time is something you take care of and we can probably all invest fifteen of today's precious minutes in a healthier self.

With a healthy diet and high-intensity exercise, you can get the result of a firmer and stronger body, and all that by exercising fifteen minutes a day. Sometimes it can be easier if you do not have to leave home to get the training done and then there are various solutions and tools on the market.

TRAIN AT HOME

There are many benefits to training at home, you can train what you want, whenever you want and at exactly your own pace. You can easily set aside fifteen minutes a day, between two other chores at home, and really get that long-awaited workout done!
