LITTLE TRAINING IS BETTER THEN NO TRAINING


Maybe you are one of those with training habits but have now taken a little too long training break or are you a beginner and want to get started and get moving?


You do not have to train for one hour every day to make a difference. The important thing is to get started and make movement a habit. Something as simple as getting started and training for ten minutes makes a difference and is obviously better than nothing. Your body starts pumping blood and burning more calories as soon as you activate. Fat is also burned during a ten-minute short workout.


Remember that it is healthy to exercise. Even if you may not be slim and or look fit, it should not take away from you the feeling and knowledge that you are healthy when you move! A common view is that thin people are healthy and / or fit. But by definition, a slim person is neither fit nor healthy. There are many thin people with very poor blood values, which is one of the main ways to measure health.


Studies speak for themselves: it is better to be fit and a little overweight than to be untrained and slim / normal weight
