Quick pasta with broccoli

Make broccoli the star of the show with this creamy vegetarian pasta. This recipe is easy to prepare and will help you add vegetables to your day.
Ingredients
150 g rigatoni or penne pasta
3 spring onions
1 clove of garlic
125 g cherry tomatoes
150 g broccoli
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
A pinch of chili flakes or to taste
75 g cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Step 1
Boil a large pan with salted water, then add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the spring onions, peel and finely grate the garlic, halve the tomatoes and slice the broccoli thinly.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large and deep frying pan. Add spring onion and fry for 1 minute until soft. Add garlic and chili flakes and fry for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, fry for a few minutes until they start to soften and add the broccoli. Fry for 2 minutes and then add a ladle or a small mug of the pasta water, let everything stir and cover with a lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is done, then remove the lid.
Step 4
Rinse the pasta, put in the pan with the broccoli and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cream cheese and finish with a lot of black pepper.
