To fail with the 100% plan!
We are exposed to temptations around the clock and it can be difficult to resist all unhealthy food. You will fall for the temptation at some point, but then it is important to have a game plan for it. There is a big difference between falling for temptation and having a ready-made plan for it. What do I do when it happens? Try to keep it to a reasonable amount. Do not go and depress, but try as soon as you can get into the original program you started with.
What are your future challenges?
Write down what works well. You have to read this many times to stick to what really works.
What happens when you fall for the temptation?
Try to identify what caused you to end up in that situation so that you can avoid them in the future.
Set goals and tune in and praise yourself during the journey! Praise yourself with a visit to the cinema, a walk, a concert, flowers, etc.
Think long term.
Add more new and healthy habits. Get used to these. Good habits that you are used to doing will not be difficult.
It is not uncommon for people to automatically increase their portion size after a while. Then it can be good to start weighing / measuring the amount. A good tip is also to use smaller plates for the meal.
Have a positive attitude, it will help you a lot in the future!
