WILL I RUIN MY MENTABOLISM?

No, you do not have to worry about that. That it is a strict low-calorie diet is true, but not that the metabolism stops. It decreases, but not so dramatically that the weight loss stops. There are reasons for the reduction in combustion.
1. We add less energy to the body. Because the body has to work to convert food into energy, it will not work as much.
2. Your body will be lighter and smaller. You will not need as much energy as before. But getting easier is what our Kickkstart is all about!
3. When you reduce your weight, it usually results in you moving less in everyday life. You are tired and everything has gone a little slower. This means that the combustion has gone a little slower as well.
4. The body responds to you going into "starvation mode" on the diet. The body tries to manage as much as it can with the calories you add. All to "survive". It is not a permanent state for the body but will return to normal when the diet is over.
